Participation

Participation & Release Agreement

By enrolling in any program with Intuitive Heart Training Academy Pty Ltd (IHTA), you agree to the following terms.

I further certify that I am a healthy individual and that I am physically and psychologically fit to fully participate, and I know of no reason, nor have I been informed by my physician or psychologist of any reason, why my participation would do me harm of any nature.

I agree to release and hold harmless Lauren Jobson, Intuitive Heart Training Academy Pty Ltd (IHTA), their partners, agents, representatives, employees and trainers for the results of any portion in which I participate. If this does not accurately reflect my situation, I agree that I will notify one of IHTA's representatives before participating.

Emotional Material

I understand that although my participation may raise emotional issues, it is not intended to provide a therapeutic environment or be a substitute for ongoing counselling or psychotherapy. Any unresolved issues which may surface and which may warrant counselling will be at my own expense.

I understand that if I am found unfit to participate by a representative of IHTA, I will be required to leave immediately at the sole discretion of IHTA's representatives.

Recordings & Intellectual Property

I agree that any recorded or written material included is protected by trademark and copyright laws and may not be used without prior written permission of the appropriate parties.

As a participant, I agree not to record this program or any part thereof. If any recording is made by a representative of IHTA, I agree that no compensation will be paid to me for any products or revenues, or any other value derived from these recordings.

Teaching Rights

I understand that I am not qualified to teach the content of this program, unless otherwise agreed as part of the relevant certification, and that this information is for coaching and personal development purposes only.

Refunds

Refund, Certification & Operating Policy

General Refund Terms

There is a 100% refund under the following conditions:

1. The buyer has paid in full before the commencement of the course in their state.
2. The buyer turns up to the course or coaching and tells IHTA that they want a refund by the end of the first day or session.
3. There are no refunds on payment plans. Because of limited numbers for these courses, payment plans need to be completed whether the course is attended or not.
4. There is no refund if the buyer does not turn up to the course or cancels before the scheduled date of the first course in their state.
5. The buyer can attend the course at another time, however IHTA cannot guarantee that a course will be run at a future date or in a particular state.
6. The buyer agrees to make payments as per the agreed payment schedule and payment method.

Certification Policy

For programs that award coaching credit hours or accreditation:

• You cannot be awarded coach-specific training hours unless you fully engage and participate in all exercises.
• You need to have your own professional and public liability insurance if you are to use these processes as a professional coach.
• If you want to be a professional coach, you are aware that you need at least 100 hours of coach-specific training to obtain insurance.

Digital Products

I encourage you to take a moment before purchasing to ensure this offering feels aligned for you and where you are right now. That said, I stand by the quality and integrity of everything I create.

If you experience a genuine issue with your purchase, for example, if something is not working as described or you cannot access the materials, please reach out and I will support you to resolve it.

This policy is in line with your rights under Australian Consumer Law, which means you may be entitled to a remedy if a product is faulty, not as described, or does not meet acceptable quality standards.

Lauren Jobson (Love Life with Lauren and/or Intuitive Heart Training Academy Pty Ltd) is engaged in the business of mentoring, coaching and training in Life Coaching, NLP, Matrix Therapies and Archetypal Coaching including Passion and Purpose Coaching, Masculine and Feminine Coaching and Matrix Therapies, and business development techniques.

Services

By enrolling, you engage Lauren Jobson (IHTA) to provide these services as part of the programs specified in this agreement in the form of webinars, audio and/or visual presentations, and periodic personal coaching, mentoring, training and evaluation.

Term

Lauren Jobson (IHTA) agrees to provide these services conditional on receipt of all associated program fees.

Intellectual Property

You agree that any material, contents or information are protected by trademark and copyright laws and may not be used without prior permission from the appropriate parties. You agree not to record any content.

If any text, audio or visual content is recorded by IHTA, you agree that no compensation will be paid to you for any products or revenues, or any other value derived from these recordings. You understand that you give permission to IHTA to use any content, recordings of your image or voice, to produce further non-revenue or revenue-generating products or services, and you will not be recompensed for this.

Commitment

You commit and agree to participate in all components faithfully and ecologically to the best of your ability. You further agree to gain maximum benefit by attending all scheduled sessions.

Results

Liability

In no event will Lauren Jobson (IHTA) be liable to you or any party related to you for any damages, loss or liabilities. You agree to release and hold harmless Lauren Jobson (IHTA), their agents, representatives, employees, coaches, mentors and trainers for the results of any portion of this program in which you voluntarily participate.

Confidentiality

You warrant, represent and agree to hold any confidential information from the parties in trust and confidence, and avoid the disclosure or release to any person or entity by using the same degree of care as you use to avoid the disclosure or release of your own confidential information.

The following terms apply to Love Life with Lauren and Intuitive Heart Training Academy Pty Ltd.

Goods and Services

The goods and/or services shall be as described on the invoices and enrolment forms or any other work commencement forms as provided by IHTA to the buyer.

Price and Payment

1. The price shall be as indicated on the website provided by IHTA to the buyer in respect of goods and/or services supplied.
2. Time for payment for the goods and/or services shall be of the essence and will be stated on the invoice, enrolment forms or payment plan forms.
3. All prices include GST.

Default & Consequences of Default

1. Interest on overdue invoices and payment plans shall accrue from the date when payment becomes due at a daily rate of 2.5% per day until the date of payment, and shall accrue at such a rate after as well as before any judgment. Each late payment will incur a $30 late fee.
2. If the buyer defaults in payment of any invoice when due, the buyer shall indemnify IHTA from and against all costs and disbursements including solicitor and all other costs of debt collection.
3. Rearrangement of payment plans will incur a $50 fee.

Title

Certificates of completion and qualification shall not be passed onto the buyer until:

• The buyer has paid all amounts owing for the particular service or goods.
• The buyer has met all other obligations due to IHTA in respect of all contracts and agreements between the buyer and IHTA.

Intuitive Heart Training Academy Pty Ltd is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Australia).

Credit Reporting

You agree for IHTA to obtain from a credit-reporting agency a credit report containing personal credit information about you in relation to credit provided by IHTA.

You agree that IHTA may exchange information about you with credit providers for the following purposes:

• To assess an application by you
• To notify other credit providers of a default by you
• To exchange information with other credit providers as to the status of this credit account, where you are in default with other credit providers
• To assess the credit worthiness of the buyer

You consent to IHTA being given a consumer credit report to collect overdue payment on commercial credit (Section 18K(1)(h) Privacy Act 1988).

Use of Personal Data

You agree that personal data provided may be used and retained by IHTA for the following purposes:

• Provision of goods and/or services
• Marketing of goods and/or services by IHTA, its agents or distributors
• Analysing, verifying and/or checking your credit, payment and/or status in relation to the provision of goods and/or services
• Processing of any payment instructions, direct debit facilities and/or credit facilities requested by you
• Enabling the daily operation of your account and/or the collection of amounts outstanding in relation to goods and/or services

Credit Reporting Agency Disclosure

IHTA may give information about you to a credit reporting agency for the following purposes:

• To obtain a consumer credit report about you
• To allow the credit reporting agency to create or maintain a credit information file containing information about you

Third-party service providers and technology

To run our business and deliver our services, we use trusted third-party service providers and technology platforms, including email, scheduling, payment, customer-management, cloud-storage, and artificial-intelligence (AI) tools. In the course of providing these services, your personal information may be processed by these providers on our behalf. We take reasonable steps to ensure any provider we use is bound to protect your information and to use it only for the purpose of delivering services to us. We do not sell your personal information.

Where we handle sensitive information (for example, health-related or personal coaching information), we take additional care and will only share it with third parties where we have your consent or are otherwise permitted by law.
